I am also having that problem not being able to open videos also. I am in contact with him to see what can be done.

I bought several of the sets and videos. There were three or four videos that I couldn't open. No matter what I tried they wouldn't play on my computer. It was probably my software that had a conflict. I'd buy more of the sets but I would be afraid I couldn't open them.
