Get a license and a rod and go fishing in a creek. Just wade in, and start walking until the next fishing = swimming hole. You should know the creek however. Be careful testing. You can wear perfectly normal street clothes (not a tux of course..) and nobody will even raise a brow. Or go tubing, or kajaking or canoeing.

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knows any creative ways to get wet, preferably in public, that won't get you into trouble. Maybe in a mall, or at a school, without the security or the police chasing you away.
