They don't offer any real time method, either on that site or on WetlookHD, so they have to do it manually. I've bought almost all Wetlook HD videos and generally the response time was 3 to 30 hours depending on when I made the purchase. Once they were late, I think it took to or three days. They acted very cool that time and also gave a link to a little free video as a way to say sorry. So while the waiting time maybe hard in this would used to everything working instantly, they are a great company and you will get your link for sure :)

I think there are paying-systems available they did this in realtime...

Hi, has someone experiences with "wetlookdvd.com"? Just bought yesterday a video and I got no downloadlink. Also, no one answers my email...Do you know how long they need to send the link? Really annoying...
