Not sure where you're going to be in Florida, but my wife and I spent a great vacation a couple of years ago in Miami Beach and then Palm Beach. One evening in Miami Beach we went into the Delano Hotel for a drink at the outdoor pool bar/nightclub after a nice dinner nearby. They famously have a table & chairs IN a shallow area of the pools, and we had a chance to sit there with drinks and get a few pictures. Of course, my wife waded right in in her heels & stockings. After a few minutes at the table, we went up and waded around and danced in the shallow area for a while, and finally went for a swim - she in her silk cocktail dress and me in my dress shirt & slacks. We were probably swimming for 15-20 minutes and were never bothered by anyone from the hotel at all - it was a great evening! |

By MK - wamtec@comcast.net Sun 01/11/15 15:31:04 GMT Just go to any theme park, there are lots of opportunities there....
- take a front seat at the Shamu splash show at Seaworld - stand on the splash bridge at the the water flume rides at Disneyworld or Busch Gardens - play in the dancing fountains at Disney's Epcot Center - take part in the gunge games at the Nickelodeon studios area of Universal Orlando theme park - I even took my models to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon waterpark one year....and our girls were clothed in the wave pool and we did not get thrown out. You can't wear clothes on the waterslides, but it's OK in the wave pool.

By tknitsbbro - Sun 01/11/15 13:20:54 GMT Hi,
I will go to Florida in two weeks with my wife. Are there any activities where you can get wet or messy "by chance" ?
Thanks.
