Often low heels pump, flat shoes and rarely whit ankle boots

3. In what situation did this happen, and how long were the shoes in water? How deep in water did they go?

Along sidewalk in streamy water, big puddle in street, parking flooded

4. How did ladies react when their shoes got soaked?

Some desesperate woman, other gone whit the situation and dont hesitate to go in water.

5. Did this happen accidentally or on purpose?

 Both fifty fifty

6. What happened afterwards - did she continue wearing them or did she take them off?

In all time she keep the wet shoes...

7. What are your experiences when there is a huge puddle in the street at the same place the pedestrian crossing goes... How many ladies would just walk (or wade) through the puddle wearing their beutiful shoes, and how many would turn around and find another route so that their shoes would keep dry? How many these kind of situations have you seen?

Many time this summer ther very often and in situation fifty fifty cross in the water and other find other way to cross in safe place. But the only place to see woman walking in big puddle is in flooded parking lot to go to their car or parking car in deep puddle.
