How Do You Schedule the Viewing of Your Wetlook Videos?

Maybe this is a bit off topic but having an extensive collection of wetlook photos and videos (300GB+) on my home NAS drive from several producers I've got a problem how to schedule the videos for viewing. I tend to play more recently purchased videos. Sometimes I find the hundreds of hours worth of videos overwhelming.

Have you got a system for viewing your wetlook collection?
