IMHO you should contact the new wetlook sites (geilbabes and the new paysite by Erik Elsas) and ask them if it gives them some money. But doing that keep in mind that, they have been up less then a month, so even if they got a lot of money in the beginning it may get much worse.

Poin two is that if you use the easiest paysite selling companies (like Paypel, CCBill), you will lose customers (as far as vidoes are concerned) from many contries (all but the western ones - cause in some the systems don't work, in others few have CCs), but I don't know if you get orders (and how many) from out of the EU and USA. A proboble solution would be Verotel (CCs work really everywhere and in many countires they give alternatives - used by the mentioned two new sites), but they are a bit expensive as I've heard, so you must add up everything very carefully before making a decision.

Point three would be the respect. With your free material, you are concidered by many the "King of Wetlook". No paysite owners can say that about themselves (well maybe except MK - but he's been in the business for years and Nigel - but he gave us this forum). People from Styx, CrazyGirls, WetNet, Eromaxx etc. may be admired by wetlook users, but not that much.

Point four. Another alternative would be a semi-pay site. Free section and... a section which you can view, when you have bought a video (like you get a password with the video). Maybe this could work?
