You'd need to have some sort of practical cause behind it (saving water, maybe? Skip the laundry! Shower/bathe with your clothes on!). The next issue is timing. The Ice Bucket Challenge is still a bit fresh in everyone's memory. You have to have that cycle out from people's memories first.

Doesn't have to be skinny jeans and a long-sleeved top, we can make it more inclusive than that.

Why not a bath challenge in skinny jeans and skinny longsleeved top, with normal underwear, no bathing suits, and total filming out of the water ?
