An other solution is to put a HEADER inside the HTML code to tell to the navigator to avoid using the cache w/ this page.
Have a look in google ...

By Graham (UK) - graham@styxwetworld.com Thu 02/10/03 18:35:09 GMT You can force the IE browser to reload a page from the web server. Hold down the CTRL key and press F5. May not help if your ISP is cacheing. |

By Jim - jim121272@aol.com Thu 02/10/03 10:23:18 GMT Website: www.wetlookunlimited.com I noticed from my last post that some people didn't see the link to the MPEG on my page.
The possible problem is that your browser is caching (saving) an older version of the page. If you're using I.E., go to Tools->Internet Options->Settings, select "Every Visit to the Page," and click Ok. Then open a new browser and try again.
I've taken this video down due to its huge size, but keep this in mind for next time.
