Hi Lilly. I would sit down with your husband one evening over a drink and relaxed atmosphere and just ask him to be honest and open about what his fantasy with you in a wetlook situation might be. Then offer to have him go with you to pick out an outfit from your closet or even go buy a new outfit - everything from lingerie, panties to shoes and accessories. Then discuss when and where would be the perfect setting. Keep in mind that in order for him to be comfortable and enjoy this, you must be comfortable and enjoy it as well. As for suggestions, my preference has always been garter belt and hose and panties of any color under very tight white (or any pastel color) linen or thin cotton pants with a matching blouse and jacket. For me, the more clothes you have to peel off, the more exciting it becomes. My 2 cents worth. And good luck! Have fun!
