I can understand why you might think it is, but she doesn't look like any of the models Jim (Wetlook Unlimited) ever used, and the setting doesn't match. All his indoor scenes were shot at the same hotel... always used the same pool area or one of the guest rooms... there was never wallpaper around the tubs or antique-style faucets.

My guess: there was a series of videos of girls mostly in school uniforms, maybe a flight attendant uniform or two, more than a few outdoor scenes in a back yard. I'm guessing this was an indoor scene from those productions.

I don't know the model's name, but it seems to me that the video might have been made by Wetlook unlimited, an awesome but no longer existing wetlook producer.
