Wow....I must have must have hitched a ride on Doctor Who's T.A.R.D.I.S. and traveled to an alternate universe...a universe which is the opposite to the one I came from......cos in my universe Father Christmas is the one who brings us gifts.....but in your universe Father Christmas wants to receives the gifts. That reminds me of my childhood days....when I was 5 years old I remembered that we always had to leave a bottle of Teachers Whisky by the fireplace on Christmas Eve....to thank him for the gifts he was bringing us......and I used to think "gee...thats a coincidence...cos my Dad likes Teachers Whisky too".

Anyway....if I have arrived in an alterrnate universe where everything is reversed to normal reality, I will enjoy going to the beach this weekend....to see all the people walking naked on the promenade....and then putting on their clothes to go swimming....ha ha

Yeah.....posting video request items from the TV archives is easy to to, cos I have all the files stored on several 3TB external drives, but I have not yet created a practical way to handle the votes and feedback......because this forum does not have a "polling" feature and I have debated this several times with Nigel the Forum Owner and he does not want people conducting polls on this forum anyway....nor would he like it if I started a long thread that created many many replies from people, cos that would eat up a lot of space on this forum and that would annoy lots of other forum people too....so this forum is not the ideal place for me to conduct polls or count votes. What I was thinking to do later this year, was to try and "get with it" and finally start using Facebook and Twitter, cos I am an old fart who has resisted using Facebook and Twitter so far.....but I should really make more of an effort to use those communication methods more actively, cos what I should really do is launch a Twitter feed for our SBTV network of channels and then get the feedback from those who follow us on Twitter....i.e. somebody makes a suggestion....and than I will count the "likes" to decide which request items get the most "likes".

I still need to "learn" Twitter and Facebook.....I must be the only person who is clueless about those sites.....but wife uses those sites, so hopefully she can teach me.

BTW.....posting a request video is easy......but what I cannot do is predict "when" something will air....cos the channel system we created is like a juke box machine.....it just plays things randomly in a loop....and currently the Free Android channels has 7 hours of media looping....and I will probably not flush it until it reaches 10 hours of streams.....so...when I insert a request video into a pool of 7-8 hours of streams....I cannot say "when" you will see it.....I can only say that you will see it some time in the next 7-8 hours etc.

On a related note, as a feedback for content - and sice you mentioned before, that you were thinking about adding a request-feature: Will you be adding videos from your cliptapes as well? There is one video in particular that I have been looking for for a long time - and that includes scenes from the show "Over the Roo(o?)ie" (tapes numbers 45405 or 43502). I would, of course, also gladly pay for download from the Video Vault, but sadly only very few of the scenes from that show are available there...

I just tested the channel 5 minutes ago, and I have a Samsung Galaxy too....but I have the Note II, not the S3....and everything is working just fine. I also got feedback from my friend Darryl who has a Samsung tablet and it works for him too.  Can you try again, because maybe it was a temporary connection problom with your carrier. We have had over 200 people install the app so far and nobody else has reported problems, so I will refer your report to our Developer to see if he has any tips to offer. Please check the other channels too, because the Celebrity Nudes channel is a 100% free channel, and the other 15 wet and messy channels have a 2 minute free preview as well, and tell me if this error message appears on all the channels or only on the Free Andoid channel. Please send further reports to me by email at wamtec@comcast.net and I will refer this report to our developer and obtain his feedback.

One tip I can suggest....check to see what default browser you have installed on your phone, because we have seen that some mobile browsers are not able to play streaming video e.g. I tried to use the Puffin mobile browser and that did not work with our streams, so I changed the browser on my phone to use the standard browser that came with my Samsung phone, and then it worked fine with Samsung's default browser.....so...try changing your phone's browser to an alternate browser, cos you normally get a choice of 2 different browsers you can use on your phone.

I installed your SB Android app, and when I start it (Galaxy S3) I see the Free Android Channel as one of the choices.  But when I click on that, instead of streaming within the app, it opens a browser window to that channel.  The browser window displays a black box where video would be, but has the error message superimposed: "No video with supported format and MIME type found."

I can't find any configuration options within the app, so am stuck at this point.  Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
