I just had a look at the 1080 P pics, and I must agree with Arne... just what I see also, and have to tell it like it appears. These thumbs enlarge pixelated, low resolution, really substandard. So, this may not be the actual product someone buys, but who would know in advance? Just a suggestion: Why not post 4 or 5 actual size pics to show everyone the quality of the photoset, and the rest in small format to show the content. It's not necessary to show all the content, of course, just enough to have a good idea of the content (casual, jeans, or dress) and exactly what quality we are buying.

I think you are probably looking at my older files from events that were filmed before 2005 before HD video even existed....and it is impossible to turn old events that were not shot HD existed into amazing quality files of today.

I did the best that I could do....for the eras when my candid wetlook events were shot....i.e.

- All the candid wetlook events shot until 1999 were shot on Hi-8 tape....which was 400 line resolution (better than 320 line VHS quality)

- All the events shot from 2000 until 2008 were shot on miniDV digital video....which was 500 line resolution and better than Hi-8 analog.

- From 2009 until today I have been shooting in HD.

- My camera guys in Moscow were still shooting on miniDV tape until last year....but this year we ugragded their cameras and now they have started to shoot in Full 1080P quality.

Now....even when you shoot in HD...it is not feasible to make downloads at the highest bit rate that the camera produces....cos the HD camera we now use in Moscow is recording HD in the MOV file format at extremely high bit rates (36mbps) that are not feasible to post as a 30 minute HD files in raw format....because a 30 minute file in raw HD makes a file that is 12 gigs in size....and it is not feasible for me to operate a download store and server where each file is 12 gigs in size, cos the apache server software does not permit single files to be uploaded that are more than 2 gigs in size. So...for the download files I make in HD...they have to be re-encoded to become a 1.5 gig file....which is more feasible for the customer to download from my site....so that is where we stand today.

Of course I archive my files at a much higher quality than you see on my download store....i.e. all my past non HD media is archived on miniDV master tapes and or mpeg2 DVDs.....so if folks want to see a better quality then my download files....all they have to do is email me and ask me to send them those itrems on a DVD disk instead. Similarly....all the new HD media series is archived at a much higher quality than you see on the download files.....and if folks want to see the highest possible HD media they can email me and I can send them those scenes burned to an AVCHD disk....which will play on any Blu-Ray player or PS3 game console.

So...trust me....I do archive my old scenes in the best way that is possible to do....and I already DID upgrade my new scenes shot this year to HD standard....so you are looking at the old stuff and not looking at the newer series.

It must have been nice experience to be in the place with these girls. However, the technical quality of the snapshots is terrible (and I guess that the video is the same). It looks like 200-line VHS video from early 1980's camcorders. Now, even cheap plastic cameras always take full-HD 1080x1920 video with much better picture. Consider some upgrade, to keep your memories and to make something somebody can buy.
