I believe this forum is about wet clothes, not wet hair, please correct me if I'm wrong. In that context, I believe Bob's comment was entirely correct. Her dress was entirely soaked, as were her shoes and stockings :). I'd like to thank Bob and Joanne for this contribution (as well as thanking Bob for all of his other work). If this post was to the wet hair section of the Styx wetlook forum, I believe you would have a point.
