Nicola soaks a wedding dress in the lake

Last week I did a photoshoot at the Midland Railway Centre, near Derby, UK, featuring local amateur mode, Nicola Cordon. I dressed her in a wedding gown and we did some unusual stuff in and around the station there. It was a really hot day and she soon got very hot in the sun and in the wedding gown.

At the end of the shoot we got in my car ready to drive her home and she said how much she loved my wet Trash the Dress photoshoots and that it would be great to do one on the way home. She was still dressed in my wedding dress. I could,’t believe my luck when I suggested we called in at my local private fishing lake and she could cool off. Ten minutes later, Nicola was wading fully clothed into the lake in that wedding dress. In terms of wetlook, the dress didn’t change much in appearance when it was soaked but she loved it and it made a nice end to the day and gave me so more Trash the Dress images for my collection.

While we were there, Nicola also changed into a very thin white dress which she soaked in the lake too. Might show those tomorrow!
