I want to point out that I totally agree with EdR, and the idea is to create a completely legal site, in which each contribution is documented and with permission of the copyright owner, trying to create a archive to preserve old wetlook materials, not a place to upload everything is online.

as I said at the moment it is an idea, and we must see if the idea is viable.

I read that anthonyX proposed that the project be a co-operative site, rather than an association in which each producer that includes material could take a share of the revenue, although I do not think this project would have benefits, I have proposed as non-profit association, in which membership fees serve to keep the archive.

As MK pointed out and as I thought, the cost of maintaining that structure would be very high, and the goal of the association is to maintain the archive, not to get benefits, I would point out that since I have received emails in which they ask me if I want to make profits with the donations of others, and in no time I've thought that the project would be profitable. The idea is a community website, so I spoke of donated works by producers and donations for the maintenance by the Sustainers. and maybe if there were enough funds could purchase the works to producers (like a museum) but look hard, I'd settle for getting the funds to make the project viable in the long term.

Perhaps the idea of ​​starting a website that already exist and larger would be a good start, but would have to contact the owner and see if he has permission to show the whole material available.
