I built one years ago. It got plenty of interest among male wetlook fans, but it attracted very few women.

It's clear that there could very well be as many women into getting their clothes soaked as there are men, but if there are, they're just not going to reveal themselves in websites anywhere near the same extent as men will. It means that the few who do will get overwhelmed with attention and the usual crude come-ons.

If you want to find a women to share in your wetlook fetish:

o Use regular dating sites, or go out and meet people the old-fashioned way.

o Focus on women who describe themselves as "open-minded" and "open to new experiences" (there do seem to be plenty of those)

o Don't blurt out any of your wetlook fantasies too early... ease into it when she's ready to talk about "turn-ons".
