It's a mix of fiction and truth. I imagined some general US coverage of the group, hence the call from Chris' mom. More is explained in the two forewords at the top -- just hover over them to read (though the one on the right is written for non-wetlookers).

Hi, everyone!

Thanks to Siren's generosity, my story is now online and ready for readers at the URL above. I don't believe it's anything like what's been written in wetlook before (and if I'm wrong, I'd be happy to know what other story you have in mind).
