As for other sites, the fotoalbum.ee is always good, though it had more wetlook some time ago. Estonia is the Internet capital of the world with the whole country online (voting is only online etc) so the number of photos is overwhelming. And the cold weather means that there is a lot of wetlook. The dating sites point.lt, face.lv and rate.ee are also from the same region and are quite good, but searching by keywords is hard. Viewing new photos however gives wetlook results surprisingly often. The Polish sites photoblog.pl and (to a lesser extent) flog.pl are also good and even Google Image search will give you results.

However the problem with all regional languages like Russian, Polish and Lithuanian is the complex grammar. Google Translate often gives the wrong forms or the male collocations which will not give you good results. Searching is also a pain. For instance you wanna find the photos you would find on an English site using "bathtub" in Polish? You have to try three words: "wannie" (as in "w wannie" = "in the bathtub"), wanny (as in "do wanny" = "into the bathtub") and wanna (simply bathtub. this also gives results with English phrases like "girls just wanna have fun" that you have to ignore). Each word has three forms - which are always a bit different (pool: basen/basenu/basenie) and each form gives you some results and Google will not find all forms when you use one. So searching in some languages is a real pain. And you will find gems, but often few of them and sometimes the age is questionable.
