I woke up very early this morning, perhaps before at 7am.

lay thinking of the day's activities, finally, I get to go to the swimming pool

and swim with your clothes on, what I have not done in a long time.

I got up, made the file to breakfast with muesli.

Packed my swimming trunks, a pair of tight running shorts and a fitness tshirt,

None of the clothes were made of cotton, as I talked to the staff at the

local spa to get a bath with your clothes on - it was okay if it was made of cotton.

My transport to the bath came a few minutes after 11 am,

15 minutes later I arrived at the swimming pool.

I stepped in, pay, and stepped into the mens room.

Really looked forward to wet me down after 2.5 years without a bath and sauna

Took off my clothes, read into my regular clothes,

went to the shower and showered by me so I would be fresh.

Then I put on my swimming trunks, the leggings and

the short-sleeved shirt and stood under the shower again.

I went out at the pool, looked around and I saw some people at the pool,

it was not full of people there but it was some activity

 - It's the school holidays but good weather so it's not too crowded.

I stepped down into a shallow pool where I swam around and enjoyed really

be in the wet element with clothes on again after so long break.

Got up and looked around, walked up to a lifeguard and wondered where I could find the sauna with steam was. She pointed to where it was and she also said that she recognized me, it turned out that I talked to her on the phone earlier about my thoughts on to swim with clothes on.

She and her colleague did not react to that I had clothes on me,

We had already talked about it, and their boss had given me

allowed to swim with these clothes.

I went and tittde the sauna with steam, of course, people looked at me,

especially those a bit older who thought it looked a little different with a guy who swim with clothes on.

I put myself in the sauna with steam and felt the body heat went up after

this cold winter in my cottage, took off my shirt to feel if there was any difference.

Then took on my shirt again and went on to the dry sauna, I stood under the shower and took off my clothes and filled a bucket with water as I could

throw on the unit, the sauna was really hot on the seat I sat on but saw that you could sit still higher up so I tried it.

There I could sit and sweat out the cold of winter and really get up the heat,

After a few minutes I went out and sat down outside the sauna in a slightly warmer room.

Then I went out of the sauna and put me in the swimming pool hall to eat, felt a little stressed out, but sat and ate while wearing all the clothes, after awhile, I took off my tshirt and only had his pants on.

A few hours later, I had become clear in the bath and it was time to go home,

I stood in the shower with your clothes on and then take me and rinse them.

Then I washed myself, put on my jeans and shirt, then I went to the swimming pool again with my camera and took some pictures so I could look more at home or show my friends.

I decided pretty early on that I'll go there again,

then I take the same clothes - they hang out now and aired

but tomorrow they go back on, perhaps even before I leave home.

I hope that I meet swimming manager tomorrow when I get to talk to her

she knows who I am and I know who she is.
