... the main problem is that a lot of the material is recycled for several years.

For example, on PavelPhoto and Pantyhose LA there are some good wet pantyhose sets, but sets are claimed to be 'new' by publishing a slightly different set of photos from a previous set. It's a shame, because if the sites were genuinely publishing a couple of new sets a week, it would definitely be worth joining.
