The car's from Austria, but i doubt the shot has been taken in Austria. Though we had floodings this year especially in the area the car is from, the boats in the background look to me as this was taken somewhere near the sea. So I guess Italy or Coatia (lots of Austrians go diving there).

Definately in Europe, as can be seen from the license plate on the car.

Somewhere in the EU area, since the car's license plate has the EU logo on it. It seems to me it says 'PL' above the EU logo, which should mean Poland.
