Just to liven about the debate a little as to what I feel constitutes a "good" wet t shirt scene...cos I beg to differ with Eric on this, cos the Charmed wet t shirt scene that Rose Mcgowen felt so oppressed about...was actually about as lame as you can get imho...so the irony is....Rose felt the producers of the show were trying to exploit things by making her do those scenes...but in reality...I don't think that the producers were trying to be exploitive at all...cos if they were..then they are totally clueless as to what a good wet t shirt scene needs to be...cos they failed on all counts.

A good wet t shirt scene is one that either goes totally see thru or where it clings to the point where the nipples look like lug nuts off a mack truck...ha ha.

Some good examples of totally exploitive and gratuitous wet t shirt scenes would be..

1) the famous Leslie Easterbrook scene from Police Academy

2) more recently, the excellent wet t shirt scene on the new tv series TREMORS...and

3) although not a t shirt, but a blouse, the Kirsten Dunst scene from SPIDERMAN.

All you have to do is study Tom Delombarde's pics to see all the elements that are "a must" for being a good wet t scene...Tom totally gets it...the producers of Charmed don't have a clue...cos all their scene was, was a damp opaque blouse that neither went see thru nor did it cling...it did nothing at all when wet.

Therefore, that means, either the producers of the show were deliberately "modest" and were not in any way trying to exploit Rose Mcgowen...and were protecting her modesty....or...if they were attempting to be gratuitous or sexist...then the producers totally messed up, cos the chose the wrong kind of shirt for rose to wear, cos the fabric did nothing at all when wet. Either way...Rose has no grounds to complain...cos it was a lousy scene anyway.
