Such wet parties can work but to obtain a reasonable gender balance you'd have to either:

1. invite couples ONLY. This kind has been done in Germany, several times

2. have the party with of group of personal friends who know each other from earlier. Works ok if you've the right group of friends.

Just advertising on this forum will probably bring only guys to your party.
