I guess they could be chinese tourists visiting Burma.

Burma is one of those places I avoid going to, cos it is still a very dangerous and oppressive place for foreigners to visit......i.e. I remember the late 1980's when I was working in Bangkok and was supposed to go to Myanmar on a business trip, and then they had political demonstrations in the streets, and the military quashed that by cutting off the heads of dozens of  demonstrators and then placing their heads on pikes outside government buildings.....a tactic used to create fear that was invented by "Vlad the Impaler" (the basis for Dracula) in Romania. So, Myannar is still a barbaric place that lives in the 15th century, so I cancelled my trip there cos it is not safe place to go for a vacation.
