Belgian artist Paul Schietekat came up wtih flippers on high heels – High Tide Heels.

To tell you the truth, I’d buy one! But, they are no longer for sale.

Looks like there was no market for it. There are photos of these shoes on the web worn by models – cool, elegant and weird at the same time.
