OK, "Off Topic" because even though this is a fully-clothed swim, it is not sexy or sexual. This is to raise awareness for a cause.

Australia did a charity swim competition featuring their famous butterfly swimmer "Skippy" Geoff Huegill.

Skippy (his nickname) competed fully-clothed with a school girl in a charity race to raise money for cystic fibrosis. The child won!

Yes, swimming fully clothed was very difficult for Skippy. He admitted that this was one of the hardest things for him he ever did.
