This is an old scene from the 1996 German TV show "Peep" and the lady is Verona Feldbusch. She did the same thing about 6-7 times on her hot tub talk show, and I have all of those scenes captured on tape since 1996. Some of her guests also went in the tub fully clothed too, notably the blonde lady who goes in the tub in a blue evening dress. I have another great wetlook scene with Verona getting wet in a red silk pantsuit outfit while playing a water game on a German variety show too.
