This is from the movie According to Greta. It had two wet scenes. One in this dress, one in casual clothing (shorts and tank top if I remember correctly). Both with shoes. The casual one at the end of the movie was filmed slightly better I think. Anyway, it's quite an OK "feel good movie" with lots of wetlook and a pretty actress. This one's a keeper!
