You nailed it! I wonder why people wouldn't do this to please their partner. It's not like it causes them physical or psychological harm.

It makes me wonder if there is love in such couples to begin with.

Sadly, we have received hundreds of emails over the past 10+ years from people who are married and their partners refuse to join in for whatever reason. Some have been forced underground, pretending it doesn't exist and hiding everything from their spouse for many many years. Some say it's still a constant fight. Either way, it's boggling to me why someone wouldn't want to do something that would make their husband/wife so happy, especially when the task is so easy.

As for socially acceptable, I would bet a pantyhose fetish would be far less weird. If I told the guys at work I had a fetish for women in pantyhose -- no problem. If I said I had a fetish for women getting wet in their clothes... it's not shitting on each other but it's lot more out-there.

My youtube channel mostly deals with pantyhose fetish and I must admit that I get a lot of upset e-mails about how the wife doesn't want to wear pantyhose for the husband at all, not even on special occasions. In fact, I am trying to put together a section of my blog that explains fetishes and gives advice to such couples on how to understand what fetish means and why someone can't get rid of it at will just because the partner wants it so.

I don't seem to be getting anything of that sort from wetlookers. Nobody wrote to me so far that their partner doesn't want to share their love for splashing.

Do you think that wetlook fetish is more socially acceptable then pantyhose fetish?

Even let's say Felini did a scene for Dolce Vita in a fountain... but I haven't seen any movies of women going to bed in pantyhose. Stockings - yes, but not pantyhose.
