You don't have the necessary codec. It's a common problem for Windows Media Player (although you didn't say which player you are using).

If you are using Windows Media Player and having problems, try VLC player. It's free and usually works fine with files that don't play in Windows Media Player.

Help downloading videos

Sometimes when I download a video the sound comes in fine but the screen just shows colors. Why does this happen? Is there something I need to install?
