Sorry, the fountain in paris is called Andre Citroen Parc? Anyway, in Kansas City, this particular fountain is called "Crown Center fountains on the square" Lemme try a second time at that City link:

I cross my fingers that this link will work, but here's a yahoo group that I joined long time ago that I only recently re-discovered. By all indications, Kansas City Missouri is the place I might consider relocating too (at least in summer time).
