Maybe "Wetlook" is used because this is such a visual fetish. Touching is considered anticlimactic by many of us.
But... If wetlook is our fetish, then what are we? Wetlookers?
I prefer the terms "Aquaphilia" (or "Aquaphile")... It sounds a little more highbrow, I suppose. |

'Cos, I mean, latex for example looks wet, so it can be wet look, but wet clothes ARE wet... Hmm, I've confused myself now.
