Why is it that people have so much more freedom to indulge in wetlook outside of the United States than they do here?

Just about everywhere you go in this country which is supposed to be the free-est on earth, swimming fully dressed tends to be forbidden.

From all I have read on all the posts here in the past 2 years, it seems like the United States is the least free when it comes to having the freedom to get wet fully clothed in public.

Tonight The Works in Nottingham UK is having a pool party, they will have 2 pools, one with water and one with a mystery substance.

I will be going, I have uploaded the pictures from the last event to the UMD wetlook forum.
