Going up this morning and have pain in my head... take a hot shower....naked i think.

Now i have sleep 1 hour and its better but take a hot shower again, black shirt, black pants and black socks.....Its nice.

I have be sick after 5 years very much sauna, maybe be better now and think to go back to the indoor pool this winter.

Its perfect to take a hot sauna for the body, and i think to start with my swimming again, maybe i can try to swim with clothes to.
