I've had a similar problem with a site that I can't post on here due to it's content (people don't like it here...not their fetish).

I only pay $10/month for the subscription, but it WAS advertised as daily updates. Well that has long fallen off. I'm lucky to see an average of 1-2 updates/week. Now for the price, it's reasonable but he currently charges new customers $30/month. There have been times where there are 1-2 updates in a MONTH, and that has happened a few times. However, then the daily updates will return for like a week then die off again.

The sad thing is I KNOW that there is NO NEED to shoot any more material. The owner has admitted he's got enough for close to a year of daily updates, but he keeps shooting more material. So many of the updates aren't even finished. At least he will usually reply to e-mails.

Sometimes I just question business practices. I would be FAR more okay with everything if he said "2 updates per week" and stuck to it. BE HONEST WITH PEOPLE!!! If you say you're gonna have a daily update then don't, explain why. If you miss 2 weeks of updates, say "hey, my XXXXXXXX just died and I havent been able to update." Something.

Is it just me or ahs anyone else noticed that a couple of the websites have not been updated as often as they should. Two that spring to mind are Wetlook POV and Wetlook Sex. I admit I am not a regular purchaser from Wetlook POV but I do check each month to see if there is an update which I am interested in purchassing and there has not been one for a couple of months now. I am, or was, a regular purchaser from Wetlook Sex and I have emailed Soreen each month to ask when the next update is coming out. His FAQ says every 10-15 days but he has not updated now since 12th July and has not even bothered to reply to my last email. I guess he is getting fed up with my reminders.

It makes me mad when you try and show loyalty to a site or want to have a look with the intent of a possible purchase only to find that there is no update and that the given timetable is not being adhered to. I will probably get an angry response to this post, but hey, I am willing to part with my money in order to buy the product so surely it should be expected that the timetable given on the site is strictly adhered to.

It is a shame as these two sites are quite unique in seveal ways and yet it seems as if the webmasters simply do not care about their customer base. I would have thought it hard enough to sell wetlook and make a living from it as it is a niche market. Yes, we do appreciate the hard work that goes in to making the videos, and for us to complain is not something we like to do given the fact that nobody is going to get rich catering to our specific market, especially as there are so many personal preferences involved such as jeans, skirts, dresses et. al.

I am posting this in order to try and get these webamsters to acknowledge that they have written their own rules and have stated quite clearly when to expect an update. Am I being to picky in expecting then to see an update appearing on time every time?

Perhaps the forum would like to discuss this topic as I am sure many may have their own take on the subject.
