I deal with both these producers regularly, and they are normally very good with updates and emails.
Some obvious reasons for 'dry spells' on any sites:
1 It's summer (or Xmas etc). People are often either busy filming new clips, or off an an actual holiday (some of us do have families !)
2 They are busy maintaining and updating other sites they run, or they have day jobs. Processing clips and photos and updating a website takes time, and many only have a limited time to spend.

Two that spring to mind are Wetlook POV and Wetlook Sex. I admit I am not a regular purchaser from Wetlook POV but I do check each month to see if there is an update which I am interested in purchassing and there has not been one for a couple of months now. I am, or was, a regular purchaser from Wetlook Sex and I have emailed Soreen each month to ask when the next update is coming out. His FAQ says every 10-15 days but he has not updated now since 12th July and has not even bothered to reply to my last email. I guess he is getting fed up with my reminders.
It makes me mad when you try and show loyalty to a site or want to have a look with the intent of a possible purchase only to find that there is no update and that the given timetable is not being adhered to. I will probably get an angry response to this post, but hey, I am willing to part with my money in order to buy the product so surely it should be expected that the timetable given on the site is strictly adhered to.
It is a shame as these two sites are quite unique in seveal ways and yet it seems as if the webmasters simply do not care about their customer base. I would have thought it hard enough to sell wetlook and make a living from it as it is a niche market. Yes, we do appreciate the hard work that goes in to making the videos, and for us to complain is not something we like to do given the fact that nobody is going to get rich catering to our specific market, especially as there are so many personal preferences involved such as jeans, skirts, dresses et. al.
I am posting this in order to try and get these webamsters to acknowledge that they have written their own rules and have stated quite clearly when to expect an update. Am I being to picky in expecting then to see an update appearing on time every time?
Perhaps the forum would like to discuss this topic as I am sure many may have their own take on the subject.
