It's not complete, despite what the description of the video says. The only part of this I've seen before, is the circulating video where the two girls get into the water (e.g. on WetInRed). This whole scene – the best part – is missing from the YouTube video.

Crummy horror short about some teens going swimming and getting attacked by a sea monster. The girls go in fully clothed... not sure why, but I'm not complaining :)
