Yes, it is possible it was stolen... but I am guessing it was bought/sold... I want to say there was only "low-res" versions (240p/360p) available previously which is what an amateur user would most likely post... it's kind of hard to make an HD version from a low-res version (or perhaps I am wrong about that?) and now the video appears with many other "FML" or "fail" videos, as if added to a collection?

This is an excellent, but well known tube that had tens of thousands of hits, but was recently stolen from the original maker and put again on youtube, by some people who evidently don't care about copyright etc.
