FYI, the operative keyword search term here is not to look for a certain kinds of scenes...but just focus on the search term "Roller Girls" and charity events, and check their websites, cos there are DOZENS of Roller Derby Girl sites and clubs in North America (but not in the UK as far as I know) and I have seen ALL kinds of wet and messy events done for charity by Roller Girls...i.e.

- oil wrestling

- mud wrestling

- dunk tank events

- charity carwash

etc...so basically any public or charity event or public event featuring Roller Girls is likely to be worth seeing, cos those girls NEVER wear swimsuits and they almost always do their events wearing their roller girl outfits...so if you are into "Goth wetlook" then you would enjoy those events.

In the past I have seen lots of photos and old videoclips of Roller Girl dunk tank events and pudding wrestling events...those seem to be the most common thing they do.

I don't think you can find these Roller Girl events in Europe...they are only in the USA and Canada....check the many roller girl websites and their facebook pages for any events that will happen this summer.

I know that most charity events tend to happen in the same month on an annual basis...so as that event you found took place in July 2010....there is probably another one that is gonna happen later this month...but I could not find much info on their website or facebook page.
