He often does these publicity stunts and is always touting how he strives to deliver a wonderful "experience" to those folks who fly his airline, and the "experience" I have always gotten when I flew his airline was worse than a Bombay cattle truck...so I wish his words matched to his actual customer service, cos basically he became a billionaire by saying he delivers a great service, when in reality his airline treats people like cattle.....so unless you are rich and can afford to pay 4 times more for a first class ticket....avoid his airline like the plague. I have flown on many airlines to more than 120 countries and his airline is one of the worse (for economy class). The Asian airlines like Korean Airlines, Thai Airways and Cathay Pacific know the meaning of true excellence in service. I fly Korean Airways every year and they are excellent.

Now you can see why supermodels love his airline......cos they only eat about 2 times per month, so they just skip the airline food....ha ha
