I'd given up on getting pics of Flickr for while, as their new 'interface' makes if very awkward to access each of the original photos. I've now found Bulkr, which seems to work well - http://clipyourphotos.com/bulkr

 

Warning, I download the alternative "FlickrAutoDownloadr" which is at several locations, but my Zone Alarm warns it has a Trojan attached, so AVOID !
