I have only seen one decent wet Samba parade...and that was back in the 1980's when there was a torrential rain during the parades at Carnival. Ironically, the best wet carnival Brazilian girls in the rain never happens in Brasil....but overseas in other countries where the Brasilian community has their parades in other countries....i.e. there was this nice wetlook Samba girls parade in Holland....

But who can predict when and where it will rain...so this is impossible for any of us to capture, cos we never know when it will rain and in what city.

In your case, you wish to focus on private parties.....and I do not know how you can get permission to film those unless you organize and finance them yourself, and that will be a VERY expensive project for you to do....cos I know the parties Flaviu's organizes are VERY expensive to hire all the girls and book the venue, and props and crew etc....look at the pool parties that Flaviu organizes....

You need to have a budget of $2500 to $3000 per party in order to hire 14 girls and do parties like this.....so when you say you want to

You would need to have a budget of $2000 to $3000 per month to do a monthly site like this, and...when you say....

 "I have about 6000 pictures of girls in this wet region"

Thats very nice....but still photos are not going to help you raise funds at all....this is 2011...and the age of selling photosets is pretty much over now...cos everybody on the internet gets their photos for free from many diferent free photo sites.....so you have no chance to raise money to finance a pool party website unless you put the stills camera down and start shooting videoclips instead.

It would be nice to have a wetlook site based in Brasil....cos so far there are NO wetlook websites that have ever been created in Brasil that featrure Brazilian girls....so if you make your site, it would the first ever wetlook site created in Brasil.....but I just don't know how you will be able to organize the girls and the parties unless you have several major sponsors and a large budget each month.

I think a more realistic idea....would be for you to do something similar to the Filipino wetlook site SOAKED PINAYS......take a look at this very nicely made site.....it features Filipino girls and they just film 2-3 girls per month.....so this is something that can be done on a low budget if you have good camera skills and can hire 2-3 local girls each month and film them in local pools or rivers etc....this is a very nice site that is something you should look at doing with Brazilian girls....

As I said...I think staging wetlook parties will be very expensive....cos Eromaxx, Leon and Flaviu all do that and I know how much effort and expenses those guys put into their projects. You will find it a lot easier to do a site like the Soaked Pinays site instead....cos that can easily be done on a low budget with 2-3 girls per month....and so if you can do that (find the girls, do the shoots, and have good camera skills)....then email me and I may be interested in sponsoring your site and financing you to hire the girls.....but you would have to prove that you can do a lot more than just "talk" about wetlook....you need to show that you can organize and shoot the girls on video (not still photos).

i.e. you create your OWN clips  and upload them to your own blog, and offer the fans a streaming online version as well as a high quality download version. This can easily be done via free hosting sites such as Blogspot and Megaupload or Hotfile or Rapidshare.

You don't get views for posting links to other people's low quality youtubes.

Think of it this way...

- A "Rock Star" is somebody who creates their own music...who deserve the most credit for what they create.

- A "Dee Jay"  is somebody who is a facilitator who entertains you by playing other people's music....so they deserve credit for bringing you a music delivery service.

- A person who refers Youtube links....that is like a news tip service or a reporter that advises folks of where to find the music that other people created and are delivering....so what you are doing is a useful news or tips service, but gets the least amount of credit and does not get the views.

So...you need to follow the example that Soakfann has done if you want to get your own views and more credit for your contributions.

Youtube clips are poor quality, and it is fine to refer to other people's youtubes if you do not live in the country where that tv show airs....but you actually LIVE in Brazil...and I know FOR A FACT that those shows you are referring to (Programma do Ratinho, and Big Brother Brasil) are broadcast in full HD in Brasil, cos Brazilian tv is very up to date to date and all their channels are broadcast in HDTV format now.

As you live in Brasil...you should be recording things YOURSELF at HD quality and then uploading those clips for people to enjoy.

If you want to make an impact as a contributor....do what I do...and what Soakfann does on his blog site...i.e. MAKE YOUR OWN CLIPS....cos there is no reason why you can't record these scenes in full HD quality....instead of referring to other people's crappy youtubes.

So....that is my suggestion....i.e. if you want to get loads of views for yourself and get a reputation as a real contributer (instead of being just a link referral person) then do what Soakfann has done and what I do....set up your own blog site and create your OWN clips YOURSELF. I see that you post clips of yourself talking all the time....where nobody but Portuguese or Brazilian people can understand you cos you do not speak in English....so you will not gain much of an audience unless you speak in English...and if you can record clips of yourself....why can't you RECORD tv clips yourself...instead of just referrring to crap quality youtubes that other people made in low quality.

Here is the correct way to do things....if you want to share sexy tv clips from Brazil.....see this excellent site for HD Brazilian TV clips....you should make a blog site like this.....all the clips are HD recordings and not crap quality youtubes...

What are you smoking....ha ha.....I have been to Brazil several times since the 1980's and I have been to Carnival in Rio and I know there there is NO WETLOOK during the Carnival that happens. The ONLY time there is wetlook during Carnival in Brazil is when there is a sudden rain shower....and I have recorded all the Samba carnival parades in the last 20 years, cos I get 5 Brazilian channels on my sat dish system and they broadcast everything "live" for 4 days....and the last time it rained during Carnival was about 7 years ago, and so it is very RARE to see any wetlook during Carnival in Rio.....so there is no chance that you can create a website dedicated to wet girls at the Carnival....cos that does not happen in Brazil during carnival. If you want to see wet girls during Carnival you need to go to Panama, Ecuador or Colombia....cos I have been to those events, and the best wetlook Carnaval is in Las Tablas in Panama, where they have the "Culecos" water days....where they set up fire trucks with hoses and they hose down the beauty pageat girls in the parade....but this does not happen in Brazil at all. Sometimes they may have a hose on the crowds in Brazil....but never on the Carnival girls.....that only happens in Panama.

So....there is no wetlook during Carnival in Brazil.....only a few hoses on the crowds....but never on the Carnival parade girls....it does not exist.

The BEST wetlook events in Brazil (that you should go to and bring your camcorder) is the festival called "Festa de Iemanja" (aka Festa de Yemanja" ) where all the girls dress in white bridal dresses and celebrate on the beaches (especially Copacabana) and they dunk themselves into the sea in their bridal dresses. I have been to this festival at Copacabana beach in the 1980's.....so this is the best wetlook event in Brasil.

Anyway.....the bottom line is.....you do not get credit or views....for posting OTHER PEOPLE'S youtubes....cos those views only go to the person who made the youtube....not the person who refers a link to their youtube. If you want to get views for YOURSELF...you must create and post your OWN tv clips....in HD quality....then you will get LOADS of views.
