Yes...I have the similar scene with Sara Purcell from Real People on tape too...but in that one she is not a weather girl. In the earlier clip Skip Stephenson asks her to stand in a certain spot on the stage...and she just gets totally showered again with a water deluge.

Remember this clip from when I was a young lad...If memory serves me right Sara also had a similar scene on a show called "Real People"...Some clips you haven't seen sense you were a kid are usually a disappointment but this one holds up pretty good.

another classic Weather Girl clip

Seeing as we are talking about weather girl skits...

This tv clip comes from 22 years ago...the famous Sara Purcell clip from the show AMERICA (tks to Dave for sending in the clip). I did a quick search in my database and found I have about 11 comedy weather girl wet skits like this...mostly from latino and Japanese tv shows...but I thought you might enjoy seeing Sara's rendition.

The good news is...here is the link to download the free video stream I made

The bad news is...it is rendered at a high bit rate (1.5 megabits), so it will not play online...it must be saved to disk to play smoothly..and it will not run properly on pc's with processors of less that 1gig...it will run choppy if your pc is not powerful enough to handle the high bit rate.

The file is 11 megs and due to bandwidth controls I am only going to leave it online for the next 6 hours...so after that..the clip will be gone...and it will be the responsibility of those who were able to get it...to share the file with latecomers who may want to see it later on.
