At first, i was going to say "no" but then I decided to check out the YT link...

There will probably not be any interest to produce anything identical to the video, but variations might be possible...

In particular - having ladies taking the showers and the dunkings (like in the video) might find an audience and/or a producer.

Or maybe the game show might be adopted/adapted to US/UK/etc/other markets? (yeah, probably wouldn't work out very well in the US, maybe Brazil, though!)

Me personally, I might be willing to participate in a game show like what is seen in the video. Anyone out there provide a translation of this game show? What's the object? (etc)

I don't have the interest. I don't think you have the audience for it - at least not on this forum.

As a couple, perhaps a qualified yes.

I'm a hetro guy but enjoy having a girl get me wet without getting wet herself, kinda of like wetlook domination or something. Is it worth starting to produce this kind of material?
