Noodling Photo

Found this picture which is supposed to be a noodling photo but even though she seems to be surrounded by water, the lady seems not to be wet which goes against the claim that she was noodling as this sport involves reaching into an underwater cavity to drag a large catfish out by its mouth. Does she look wet to you? I am tired so maybe I am missing something very obvious here. :(
