I am just trying to encourage you guys who monitor South American TV shows to search the celebrity forums and blog sites, and not use Youtube as your source for clips....cos 90% of tv clips on Youtube are crap quality (that is why EuroWAM TEAM and I created theWambank...so we could offer something better for the fans than Youtubes are). Youtube really only has one useful purpose for serious collectors of wetlook scenes....i.e. it lets you know that something has happened on some tv channel somewhere in the world...so it alerts you to something...but their quality is crap, so the next thing you should do is go searrch for the scene in a higher quality on Rapidshare, Hotfile or Megaupload...and you do that by checkingt the various celebrity forums and major blog sites for that country. So....here is that Argentinian scene that Aquasud alerted us to....but in a much higher quality on Rapidshare...and it only took me 10 minutes to find it...and I don't even speak Spanish....so it is not difficult to find things on the net....

Trust me.....you will find loads of great wetlook scenes in HQ and HD quality....if you just surf the Spanish and Latin American celebrity forums and blog sites......here is one example of a great wetlook scene from a recent Spanish tv period drama....where a girl falls in the bath fully clothed...check this out...

As for Brazilian TV scenes....Brazil is very up to date with technology in Broadcasting and they have many channels in HDTV format now....check this great dunk tank girls scene that took place earlier this year on the Sunday variety show "Progrramma do Gugu"

It is frustrating when nobody on this forum actually records directly off Brazilian or Argentinian channels...cos while I get some Brazilian and 1 Argentinian channel on my sat dish systems....they are not in HDTV...only regular TV format (540p standard)...not HDTV standard (1080p quality).

Anyway....anybody can post links to low quality yoiutubes.....the real heroes are those who record and upload high quality wetlook scenes themselves (as our Wambank users do)....or they become smart detectives and they track down high quality versions of wetlook scenes on the mainstream celebrity forums and blog sites.

BTW.....you mention your concerns about the lawlessness in Brasil these days. I don't really think much has changed since the time I used to travel to Brasil in the 1970's and 80's....cos I went to Brasil on business 9-10 times to Sao Paulo and Rio de Janerio....and it was still pretty dangerous in the streets back in those days when I was there too. For example....when I went to Copacana Beach the first time in 1979....you were told not to carry any more money in your pocket except a few cruzerios to buy an ice cream.....and I was surrounded one time by a gang of kids (street urchins)...in a scene that is very simiilar to the scenes of those gangaster  kids in the movies Hostel 1 and Hostel 2....i.e. dangerous gangs of kids would roam the streets and would attack the tourists and rob them....and luckily I was able to avoid getting robbed...but they were pretty threatening when they surround you. My company that I was working for in Brasil (Citbank...aka Banco Crefisul) would not allow me to take public taxi cabs...because we had already had some of our senior officers kidnapped and held to ransom. My company also lost over 180 employess in 1974 when our Banco Crefisul building caught fire due to a fault airconditioner unit....my secretary was one of the survivors of that disaster....

On a brighter note....I did get to see the wetlook festival held on the Copacabana beach at New Year's eve and the next morning....i.e. the festa iemanja (goddess of the sea) festival...which is a voodoo ritual where all the girls dress in white, like brides, and then wade into the sea to launch little boats with offerings to the sea god....that was a pretty cool event to go to..

BTW.....I suppose you know that the Brazilian military cadet schools have a nice tradition.....similar to what they do in the USA on graduation day....but much better...cos in the USA the graduating military cadets just toss their hats in the air...but in Brasil it is much nicer...cos the girls jump in the pool in their uniforms with red skirts and white stockings.....again....you wish people would get better cellphone cameras...cos these events are interesting...but don't you just hate cellphone quality.....man...give these people an iPhone4 (which can shoot in full HD format).
