Not sure. I've seen sea foam but never anything like this before. Imagine a whole town square, beach or park that deep in foam ( that wouldn't burn skin or dissolve clothes-or worse)??

Wasn't there some other place in the world where they would occasionally get accumulations of similar sea foam? - Not quite the same quantity, but also not toxic?
