I think the term "keep the internet free" was actually intended to head off political interference and censorship. The term has been hijacked by freeloaders who think that whilst THEY should be paid for the work they do, that this principle doesn't apply to anyone else! Styx takes around 50 hours a week to run (between Graham and I) less than 3 hours of which is spent actually taking photographs and shooting movies. That means around 47 hours of boring stuff to keep the site running.

I ask a question of you, how many hours a week do you work for free?

Maybe you should substitute "socialist" for "selfishness"

As for thank "God" for the forum. God's got nothing to do with it- it's bought and paid for by Nigel!!

Just as well there's people within the community that actually GIVE rather than just TAKE- otherwise you wouldn't have even 300 pictures would you?

What are the 300 pics you referred to? Did you take them yourself or is it your collection gleaned from the web?

You say you have no g/f to model wetlook and but you also said that you can pick one up in 5 min at your local watering hole. Sounds to me like we could reasonably expect a contribution from you in fairly short order.

A few inconsistences in your story, I believe...

It was the first wetlook site i stumbled upon..

The finest in wetlook pics.... all FREE.....

Damn i am so pissed off right now(my personal/social/dating life is in a pathetic mess right now). I would REALLY like to get a wetlook page up and runnin. I have a good digicam gathering dust which is dying to me used... Too bad no g/f to model in wetlook. If i did, it would be TOTALLY FREE...One way or another.. you would not pay a freakin' cent for high quality pics...... And no freakin' pantyhose pics either... BARE LEGS 4 LIFE!!!!!

All you need is a 2-400 dollar digital camera for the pics

Free webspace such as Community Webshots or some place like that....

Yeah the pics may not be professional quality but if they are clear and easy to look at that is ok.

I have well over 300 pics (GOOD ONES TOO!!!!) that i did not have a pay a freakin' cent to look and and enjoy!!!!

Free pics are out there..... that god for this forum!!!!

I think the right to make such a comment as yours must be earned; you earn that right by going through the exercise of hiring your own model, buying your own equipment, shooting your own material, and paying a provider to host it so the rest of us can enjoy it for free.

Why stop at "free" internet? How about free food and housing? In this world you can only expect to get what to earn or pay for. Spend nothing/contribute nothing, get nothing.

Oh, and since you did raise the point: exactly how do you keep a site free? (without ripping someone else off)
