Estonian: album.ee (the smaller one, but still some wetlook)

Baltic region dating sites (have wetlook, but don't show you much unless you register): rate.ee (Estonia), face.lv (Latvia), point.lt (Lithuania), limpa.ru (Russia, mainly Russians from Estonia), fotka.pl (Poland), sympatia.pl (Poland)

Social networking sites, sadly you have to register (in some giving a local mobile phone number :/) and then use local key words o find wetlook: one.lt (Lithuania), one.lv (Latvia), grono.net (Poland, mainly Warsaw - the more popular Nasza-Klasa.pl doesn't have a photo search engine and limits the size of photos so is no good).

The problem with the dating or social networking sites is that finding anything is hard and getting access is also hard. For instance I have more then 200 grono.net wetlook links, some great, but no way to post them here, because of the viewing restrictions. But this is not limited to Eastern Europe. If you like candid wetlook you really shouldn't try to image how many wetlook photos are on Facebook, for friends only to view or just photos that cannot be found because of lack of search engine :P
